FRENCH CABINET CRISIS PENDING
ATTITUDE OF THE SOCIALISTS. (Rec. September 6, 11.25 p.m.). Paris, September 6. ' The French Cabinet is likely-to resign, to-morrow, leaving M. Eibot (the Premier) free to form a new Ministry. The attitude of the French Socialists will have an important effect on the crisis. They are holding a congress at Bordeaux on October 6 to define their attitude to the new Ministry—The "Times."
