AN EXCHANGE 01 EXPORTS. (Rec. September 6, 7.-10 p.m.) Berne, September 5. A German-Swiss agreement has been ratified, under which. Germany wilt permit tho export to Switzerland of 200,000 tons of coal and 19,000 tone of steel per month, also sugar, eeed corn, zinc, and benzine.
