There was a largo attendance of buyers. For store sheep and beef the market opened easier, but firmed up to last wook'e prices. Fat sheep opened at about Is. por head in advance of tbo previous week's rates, but ease 4 a. little towards the end. There was a small entry of fat lambs, and only about oue-hnlf were sold, tho others failing to reach owners' value. Storo ehcep were in keen demand, and prices were firm, hoggets showing a riso of about Is. per head. Store cattle were in better demand, i-nd all classes of pigs sold well.
