The "Tidens Tega" states that according to a well-informed correspondent the German U-boats now number three hundred, including 1500-ton submarine cruisers, each carrying a crew of from forty to fifty, and upwards of fifty torpedoes and many shells. Sonio of them are fitted as min«-layers.—The' "Times."
