IMPROVED POSITION IN NEW SOUTH WALES. By Telegraph—Press Association. i Dunedin, September •!• Private advices from Australia state that the position of the Government or New South Wales is satisfactory so far as the railway 'and Sydney tram services are concerned, and that theso services are being run with gradually increasing regularity. Advice also states that the strike is inclined to spread in a greater degree in Queensland and Victoria. '
