Tho whole of Mr. Buchanan's pedigree bulls, cows, and heifers are to be ottered for sale, and these auiinals alone are said to comprise the finest aggregation of Jerseys ever offered for sale in the district. T.lie "Jersey Holme" herd is. famous for the type and constitution of its members, and some of tho cows have put up records for the Dominion. There are also 50 milking cows (not purebred}, a first-class line and dairymen will find ample scope to fill their requirements. There are eleven horses, comprising draughts and light horses, and these are usful sorts. Mr. iiuchanan will also ofter 126 Hock-book Homncy sheep, 15 Berkshire pigs, and a large collection of farm implements. Catalogues are ready, and can be liad on application to Messrs. Abraham arid Williams, Ltd., Palmerston North.
