The Chief Justice (Sir Robert Stout) t<wlay nonsuited G. S. Chapman, who claimed £1500 from the "Tribune , newspaper for alleged libel, contained in live anonymous letters. The Chief-Justice held the letters to bo fair comment. Costs were awarded on the usual scale for the defendant. Stay.of,execution fur fourteen days was granted in view of an appeal. ' ' ■ " -'
