NAVY LEAGUE

Recently an appeal was made l>y the president of the Navy League Ladies' Auxiliary, Mrs. Hall-Thompson, for gramophone records for the purpose of brightening the lives of the men of the lesser craft -who spend so many dreary hours in their monotonous -work in the North Sen. In addition Mrs. Hall-Thompson desires to acknowledge the following cash donations-.—Miss •Tohnston, Fitzherbert Terrace, <£10; Mrs. Moorhouse, ,Cl>. All parcels should bo addressed io the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Navy League, f-/o Ghivers and Co., Willis Street, Wellington.
