BIG ADDITION TO REVENUE
Washington, August 23. Tho Senate amended, the Revenue Bill, which now provides for a graduated tax on incomes of from 1 por cent, on ivcoinos of 5000 dollars to 50 per cent. en. 500,000 dollars.
