I The Labour Conference has crushing!? defeated the Executive's allocation proposals in regard to representation at Stockholm, svhich inoluded special re-. presentation of Independent Labourites; and other minor- bodies. The conference decided that the party's delegation shall number twenty-four.—Reuter. PACIFISTS SHUTOUT. London, Angust 22. ; The conference's refusal to include delegates exclusively representing Independent Labourites, British Socialists, and Fabians, has practically excluded the pacifists from Stockholm.
