A continuation of tho cold and squally conditions which prevailed yesterday, re. minding people that Spring is not yet, is forecasted in the official report of tho Meteorological Department for to-day— hi"h south-westerly winds, with ram probablo generally, and enow on tho higher levels. The barometer is on the rise everywhere.
