Tho Press Bureau states that a Munitions Council, on similar lines to tho Admiralty Council, luis been established to co-ordinate tho work of the fifty munition departments, which havo been classified into ten groups, Each group is represented on tho Council. Tho ftuiiistry now employs two million workers, with ft headquarters staff of 13,500. It is hoped that the Council will result in. economy and a fuller utilisation of re-sources.—Ans.-N.Z.
