. ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Mastertoa Lo-operative Dairy Company was held on Saturday last. Tho report and bal-ance-sheet were adopted. The chairman srated that it was proposed to write oft , a considerable sum for depreciation, and to establish a sinking fund. Messrs. J. C. Ewuijtton. B. AViltoii, E. J. Wright, ami A. ,1. Rutherfurd were appointed directors. It was resolved to.open tho lactory for the season on Thursday next, and to make an advance of Jβ. sd. ner 10. on butter-fat. Delegates were appofnt■ed to -Join a deputation to tho Government on the question of taking over the output of butter.
