PROTEST OF OTAGO LABOUR COUNCIL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, August 17. The Otngo Labour Council lias resolved to endorse the action of the national executive of the Federation of Labour in sending to the Primo Minister a letter of protest regarding the war loan and conditions attached thereto. The council also resolved to urge tho Federation Executive to direct immediate concerted action throughout 'the Dominion against the methods of the Government in connection with the War Loan, and endeavour to force tho Government before tho people.
