ENEMY'S SHIPPING SEIZED. (Rec. August 16, 5.20 p.m.) Shanghai, August 15. China has taken over three Austrian merchantmen in the harbour. There were no disturbances, and the vessels were undamaged. Up to the present eighteen thousand tons of Austro-Gerinan shipping has been seized.—Reuter.
