PJTHE Loan is autKorised to be / raised under the War Pur-, poses Loan Act, 1917, and pursu- • ant to the New Zealand Loans 'Act, 1908,- as amended by the New Zealand Loans Amendment 'Act, 1915, and both capital and interest will be charged, upon the Consolidated Revenue of the Dominion. The Loan will be utilised by the Dominion for war purposes only, and will take the-form either of Inscribed Stock or » Bearer-bonds, at the option of the subscriber. '£1,000,000 of : the Loan will be reserved for individual persons who desire to invest in securities which will be available for payment of New Zealand Death Duties, i Applications for this class of security must be specially marked. These securities will not be transferable, but may be exchanged at the Treasury for other available securities, if so desired. The issue is an investment authorised by "the Trustee Act, and trustees may invest therein.
