Sir,—We older men think none tho less at "Physically Fit" wishing to fight for his country, as all boys should; but, son, you stay and milk the cows and lot dad go just this onco.. When the German starts to run for Berlin he will feel more unhappy when ho knows dad is at tho other end of tlio bayonet than ho would if you were there, and wheu the war is won and dad comes back and tells you his experiences you will know then it was better that you had not gone. No, lad, you can still serve your country well by working hard and looking after mother.—l am, etc., SECOND DIVISION. Sir,—l have read with interest the moi'tins of the Second Division Leaguo in Wellington. Now, if these men of tho Second Division do not toe tho line someone has to; why not the boys (willing) between IS and 20 years of ago? If tho Second Division men are forming clubs, etc., and generally making a fuss of. having to go to the war, what will they do when they get in camp? I think they ought to drop the present ago limit and get in line with other countries. They could let it be voluntary en. listing. Why not give the boys a cluuico, as they have not kicked up a row in other countries in connection with tho ago limit?—l am, etc., OTHERWISE ELIGIBLE.
