Sir—l have read with considerable interest vonr sub-leader oil the question, of tha Ve limit for the Expeditionary Forces, and "Pause and Think's" letter in this morning's issue. T am one of those who will be immediately aflectcd if tho limit is lowered to 19 yearn, and 1 find it hard to think that the married men of this country are deliberately slidtwins behind us. We fftel that tlio tunc has now wmio when we are ne-ded to give assistance to our elder brothers now fighting in France, and to relieve those who are shnrtlv to return on well-earned furlough. There are many of us who are undoubtedly physically fit. and I think I voice a general desire when T ask. not tint petitions against, tho amendment lv> presented, bu.l lhat v ery high medical standard be fixed.
