A WAR LOAN BILL
INTRODUCED IN HOUSE OP COMMONS. . ,(Bec. August 11, 6 p.m.) London, August 10. 11l tlio House of Commons Mr. Bonar Law, Chancellor of tho Exchequer, introduced a War Loan Bill. He said i it was intended to issue the loan during the recess unless something unforeseen sliould happen. Already considerable financial assistance had_ been received from Amerioa.
