TROUBLE AMONG ENEMY POWERS
DISAGREEMENT OVER PEACE TERMS (Rcc. August 12, 5.5 p.m.) New York, August 11. The "New Tork Times's" Washington correspondent states that he has received authentic information from diplomatic circles that troublo. is threatening between Austria and Bulgaria over the peace terms in. the event of a Teuton victory or a draw. Austria proposes to offer Serbia, instead of Bosnia and Herzegovina, part of Macedonia, which, according to 'the Austro-BulgaTian Alliance, is due to Bulgaria. There is also a possibility of a German-Bulgarian disagreement owing to Germany's irritation because Bulgaria refused to declare war against the United States. '■A confidential dispatch Teceived at Washington, states that both Bulgaria and Turkey are distrustful of Germany, and intend to cast oif the Teutonic influence at the conclusion, of the war.—Aus.N.Z.
