CITIZENS' CHRISTMAS GIFT FUND
The sports bodies have appointed subcommittees to make arrangements for various entertainments and for a vigorous campaign to raise funds for our soldiers' Christmas gifts. Tho soldiers at tho front have in tho past expressed great appreciation at tho knowledge of their sporting friends keeping them in mind, and it is hoped that tho successful efforts of previous. years in gathering funds will now bo equalled, if not surpassed. I'ho general committeo has already valuable offers of assistance, and no time is being lost in. starting operations.
