August 11, 0.45 a.m.) ■ '.' \ London, August 10.The Press Bureau reports: The Irish Convention has instructed the secretary to present schemes lor the government of Ireland to a standing committee in a form suitable for discussion. The Convention adjourned until August 21 to edible the preparation and distribution to members of historical, statistical, and constitutional documents relating to the schemes.—Aus.-N.Z. Cabh?
