Such peace was only securable if the peoples under Aus-tro-Gonnan rulo are sot free—if tho rnnity of the Serbo-Croats and Slovenes is achioved, if tho Czechs and Slovats arc unitod and independent, if the Polish Ruthenian question is solved—then only will an hononrablo peace be secured.—Pouter.
