ASSOCIATION

■ The Management Committee of the Football Association met on Wednesday, there being present Messrs. A. E. Wells (chairman), W. Anld, B. Hill, 0. Webster, W. Yeoman, and A. Williams (lion, secretary). The secretary of the N.Z.F.A. intimated that the New Zealand Association has decided to remit all subscriptions during the present season, but regrets that the state of the finances would not permit of last year's amount being remitted.—The letter was received. A donation of £1 Is. was received from Mr. I?. .T. Salmon towards the funds of the association. It was decided to send a letter of thanks to Mr. Salmon for his donation. The matter of arranging for the annual match between Island Day and Porivua Schools was left in the hands of the fixtures committee to deal with. Messrs. Doss, Thomas. Graham, and Bro. Fidelius were appointed to act as a selection committee for sixth grade and schoolß. Following are the names of the local representative team which will play ' a team of the 30th lieinforcements at Association l'ark to-morrow at 3 p.m.:—Goal, M'Cmv; right-hack, Wanden: left-back, Bell; right-half, Mason; centre-half, Bussell: left-half. Crane; outside-left, Spencer; inside-left, Evans; centre-forwr.rd. Manley; inside-right. Mooney; outside-right, Halley. Emergencies: Backs, Ward and Barity; forwards. Galloway, Housten, and Owens. Mr. C. J. Ward will act as referee, and Messrs. B. Hill and F. O'Sullivan as linesmen. TO-MORItOW'K TfRPTfESENTATIVE MATCH. i.
