Messrs. llarcourt and Co. submitted at auction yesterday afternoon properties on behalf of tho Public Trustee. The Majoribanks Street and Adelaide Road residential properties wore nasscd in, and are now for private sale. For tho Scatoun sections thero was good bidding. Section 8 being sold by Mrs. Young at £100, Section 10 to Mr. Barnctt at £80. Section 4 to Mr Dorm3r at £180, Sections 13 and 15 to Mr. Shannon at £80 each. Section 21 to Mr. Osborn at £95, Section 23 to Mrs M'Girr at £90, and Section 29 to Mr Barnctt at £130.
