TRAMWAY REVENUE

STEADY GROWTH OF TRAFFIC. The tramway returns as submitted to the Tramways Committee yesterday, show a steady growth on the figures for last year. For the four weeks ended July '21 an increase of <£1009 is shown in revenue, and an increase of .«£615 in working expenses. For the sixteen weeks of the current financial year the increase in revenue just manages to keep ahead of the increase in working expenses.
