ANOTHER DISCLOSURE
London, August 5. In abetter to tho "Times," Mr. Lewis Einstein, lato Special Agent to the American Embassy at Constantinople, says tho German official denial of the conference at Potsdam in July, 1914, is apparently no moro veracious than similar German declarations. Marquis Garroni, lato Italian Ambassador at Constantinople, told Mr. Einstein that, on .Tiily 15, 1914, Baron Wanganheim, then Gorman Ambassador to Turkey, who returned from Berlin on July 14, told Marquis Garroni that ho was present at a conference at which wtir was decided upon by means of an ultimatum which could not bo accepted by Serbia. Baron Wangenheim told another diplomatist that tho month before tho war the Kaiser summoned tho leaders of tlio Army, finance, and industry, and asked if they wero prepared for war. All replied that tliey were, while Bavon Wangenheim assured tho Kaiser he could answer for Turkey.—The "Times."
