Cape Town, August 4. It is officially announced that the British Government's dffer to purchase the South African wool and mohair clip lias not yet been accepted. It is still under consideration. Over a hundred thousand bales of wool are awaiting ship-ment,—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
