A semi-official message from Viennal states that Count Czermn, Austrian Min. ister for Foreign Affairs, is pleaded with! a statement by Lord Robert Cecil, which! is interpreted to meas that England, does not regard Austria as a. real enemy*. Count Czernin offers to act as mediator* between London and Berlin.
