SECOND DIVISION LEAGUE
. The committee of tho Wellington Second Division League held its weekly meeting last evening,• the president (Mr. R. A. Armstrong) Ijejiig- in the chair. Various routine matters connccted with the league were dealt with. Correspond! once from Blenheim, Jlarton, Waverley, Patea, and Tauranga showed that branches were being formed in those centres. Reports from tho various branches showed fliat keen iilteresfc" was being taken regarding tho proceedings of tho recent conference, and that early legislation to give effect to tho demands put forwards Was being lfxfked for.
