OWING TO BREACHES OF ORDERS ' M MINERS. Sydney, August 1. Owing to frequent breaches of orders by minors, the Federal Coal Board has Been suspended—Press Assn. [At a recent meeting of the Coal Board in Svdney, the chairman {Mr. Justice Edmunds), in asking for a statement: of grievances, said that if stoppages were to continue the eSistence of the tribunal would become unnecessary and useless; in fact, more than useless, because it would be standing in the way of some other body that might be more successful.
