SOCIALIST CONFERENCE AT PARIS
ARRANGING FURTHER'ASSEMBLIES. (Rec. August 1, 3 p.m.) Paris, July 31. The conference of French, English, find Russian Socialists, ' including Mr. Arthu- Henderson and Mr. Ramsay Macdonald, British M.P.'s, passed a resolution approving the acceptance of an invitation by the Soldiers' and Workmen's Council and the Dutch and Scandnavian delegation to attend an International Socialist Conference at Stockholm on September 9, to which trade unions other-w.-i* unrepresented are also to be' invited. Tho date of the Allies' socialist Conference in London has been fixed for August 9.—Reuter.
