The Management Committee of the lootball Association met last night with Mr. A.,E. Wells in the chair. ■
The-conduct of the Wadestown : fifth team in.a recent game was apologised for and accepted. . Mr.- I?-.'--A. Nicol, ..seedsman, i f Courtenay Place, donated one,hundred h'ees to the association for planting on Association Park, Kilbirnie. . Mr. F. 'Rpss, director of the Hoys' Institute, claimed wins.-by default from Y.M.C.A. and Marist (Thorndon). An explanation', iwas received from Marist Brothers in which they stated that Saturday- last' was hardly a day for playing- football, and also i several of. their playirs were confused >by an announcement that there would bo no football that day.
