JAPANESE DONATIONS TO ALLIES' WOUNDED
Tokio, July 29. As a substitute for a proposed Japanese mission of goodwill to the Allies, it has beea decided to contribute .£36,050 each to the wounded fumds of Britain, France, Russia, Italy, and Belgium, and .£6OOO each to Rumania and Serbia — Renter.
