1 A KINGDOM OF SERBS, CROATS AND SLOVENES FAR-REACHING AGREEMENT SIGNED A SLICE OF AUSTRIA'S TERRITORY (Eec. July 30, 5.20 p.m.) London, July 29. The Serbian Government announces that at a conference held. at Corfu between Ministers, ox-Ministors, and the Southern Slav Committee, a far-reaching agreement was signed for the establishment of a Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes, under the Karageorgevitch dynasty. King Peter of Serbia -will in future be called King of the Serbs.- Croats, nnd Slovenes, and his kingdom will comprise Serbia and all the territories ill Austro-Hungary in which, the Croats and Slovones predominates, to the extent of twelve million inhabitants. Their guarantees will be a powerful bulwark against German aggression, and the new kingdom will be an unfailing ally of the civilised States. A. people's constituent assembly after the war will draft the constitution.—"The Times."
