A WET SUNDAY
The early morning of Saturday looked ,s i at last the rain was about to cease There was a settled abearance about He harW, the sky looked as if it were tired of performing the duties of .a uman breasts. But these.conditions did ! Ti-iQf lone The wind freshened from SS and heavy driving squall* set in! culminating in a real wet night. Sunday was no better. There were occaSonal Winks of sunshine, but on the whole tho day, to thoso whom the rain llad cooped up all week, was a rani failure Thorn was lightning, thunder, and tropical dampness. At one. o'clock this (Monday) morning, when these dismal lines were penned, the lain, was still drumming on tho roof. Ihe outlook is not cheerful—a southerly is in prospect. .
