For the first time in the history of the Law Courts a commission nuder the Great Seal sat in the King's Bench recently to consider the forfeiture to the Crown of 6,061 <lue to the lung of Bulgaria by the London branch of the Credit Lyonuais. Jlr. Douglas Hogg, for the respondents, Paid there must he an adjournment for him to call evidence to vobut the claim to forfeiture. At the time of the transactions Bulgaria was at peace, and the Entente thought she would come in on their side. The French Government raised a loan, in which the Credit Lyonnais participated. The" hearing was adjourned.
