Tito document is now in tho liands df the Government. The Board's recommendations are of a most drastic and far-reaching character. It expresses tho opinion that all hotel burs should bo closed altogether during the period of tho war and for six months afterwards, ' and that tho hotelkeepers should receive compensation for the loss sustained.
