BRITISH MINISTERS CONGRATULATE jr. jonnaht. London, July 25. Mr. Lloyd George and Mr. Balfour personally congratulated M. Jonnart (the Allies' Plenipotentiary in Greece), stating that they greatly appreciated hie work in Greece. ' M. Jonn.art, interviewed by the "Matin," said: "Greece, through Constantino's bad policy, cannot hope to recover her position except by victory.
