By Telegraph—Press Association. Blenheim, July 25. The Magistrate heard thirty-three cases of breaches of the anti-shouting law a»ainst twelve persons, including two publicans. Inspector Marsack presented. Two constables from Wellington came ovor and went the round of the hotels. One publican was fined ■£<..■>, with costs, the wife of another .£l2 with costs,, two men .£lO with costs, three £5 with costs, and one .£1 with costs.
