.—frFORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications aro for increasing northerly and westerly winds and a faUing barometer. An unfavourable change is probable soon, conditions ' ' becoming squally and unsettled with tho advance- of a new westerly disturbance. In the East Coast districts, however, fair weather should rule dur--1 ing the next day or two. Except for a few scattered showers, fair to cloudy weather has prevailed to-day, and southerly breezes have veered to westerlies and northerlies.
