STATE CONTROL OF MEAT PRICES
(Rec. July 2-1, 10.30 p.m.) London, July 23. In the House of Commons the Food Controller (Lord Rhondda) announced that from September 1 tho maximum prices for meat would be fixed, and the operations of all meat firms controlled.— Reuter.
