FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to 6trong, southerly winds, Tearing to freshening wosterlies. Weather changeable with scattered showers,but probably improving temporarily in tho East Coast districts. Tho barometer has a rising tendenoy in tho north, but is unsteady iu the south. Tho barometer has continued below nominal over tho Dominion. Moderate to strong southerly winds hare prevailed, and the weather has been unsottled, cold, and showery generally. B. V. PEMBEIITON.
