AUSTRALTA-NEW 7,I?ALAND CONFERENCE. Melbourne, July 20. A conference of coursing delegates, representing Australia and New Zealand, adopted a- number of recommendations, including one that all bets on a course ending -undecided, or no course, are eff ; ono prohibiting initial letters or names of prominent people for greyhounds, and also one that there be no need to register names with a secretary until within 72 hours of a meeting.—Press Assn.
