VON LUDENDORFF THE REAL RUDER London, July IS. Tho New York "World's" London correspondent states that the appointment, of Dr. Michaelis is regarded merely as a stop-gap till the psychological moment arrives, when General von Ludendorff (at present von Hiiulenburg's Cliief-of-Staff) will become Military Dictator. It is believed that vott Ludendorff will eventually command the Stato and Army as a ruthless champion of the autocracy.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
