4 . To-night in the small Town Hall interesting "Talks on the War" will bo given by the following five returned officers:—Captain V. Hall-Thompson, C.M.G.. "R.-'N".. Lieutenant-Colonel ,T. 6. Hushes, C.M.G., D.5.0., Major T. Waite, D.5.0.. N.Z.K. Major C. E. Andrews, N.Z.S.d' aad Lieutenant 11. T. Shand, Ttoy;il Flying Corps. As the collective experience of these officers includes service in Mesopotamia, Porsian Gulf, ]s{»ypt. 6-allipoll. Trance, Belgium, and Salonika.,' they can speak from personal knowledge, of many important events on these fronts. The" "Talks on the Wnr" are under vice-regal patronage. Proceeds will lm handed to The Terrace Bed' Cross ]t)ay 'Fund.
