A QUESTION, IN THE HOUSE The men now at work in the retort house of the Miramar gasworks are shaping very well indeed. The gas was kept gciug in full supply until after 10 o'clock last night, and it will be resumed at 6 a.m. to-day. To-day tho gas will bo on up till 10 p.m., and possibly a littlo later. By tho end of the week it is hoped that the curtailment of gasless hours will be reduced to a practically negligible period of time.
