Tho Admiralty reports that a patrolling force in the North Sea yesterday sighted a number of German steamers. They disregarded orders to stop, and headed for the Dutch coaat, which, two reached badly damaged by our fire. Ther remaining four were captured and brought into port. (Rec. July 19, 1.20 a.m.) . London, July'lß. The German prizes constitute a. rich 1 capture. They are trim, serviceable craft, with valuable cargoes of coke, coal, and provisions. None of the British .ships were damaged. It is believed that seventeen German vessels, in two convoys, left for Denmark at night. Twenty torpedo boats and destroyers' surprised the second convoy.
