TURKISH CABINET RESIGNS
SEQUEL TO VIOLENT QUARRELS (Rec. July 17, 9.25 p.m.) London, July 17. Mr. Richard Jefferies (tho British Press correspondent in the Near East) states that the Turkish Government has resigned as the outcome of violent rels Hakki Pasha will succeed Halun Pasha as Grand Vizier—United Sorvicc.
