Wages and conditions the same as at present:— STOKERS—Wages. 12s. 6d. per shift; Six Shifts per week. Double Time on Eight Public- Holidays. Twelve Days' Holiday per annum on full pay. NOTE.—Minimum Wage per week of Six Shifts is in summer £3 15a. per man. This Is considerably inoreased during the Winter by Extras, the pay then averaging £4 12s. 7d. Over the whole year the Average Wage paid, including Holidays, Extras, and dog-Money, is' £4 4s. 7d. per week. LEADING BTOKEKS receive 6d. per Shift extra. FIREMEN—Wages, 11b. 6d. per Shift.
